LA for All ~ The Art of Belonging initiative is a collaborative effort through the leadership and support of: Mayor Eric Garcetti; Councilmember John Lee, Councilmember Nithya Raman, Councilmember Mark Ridley-Thomas and the Los Angeles City Council; the Civil + Human Rights and Equity Department; the Department of Cultural Affairs; the Board of Public Works; the Department of Transportation; Los Angeles World Airports; and many other city departments, agencies, community leaders, and artists.
Posters with work by featured artists Simonette David Jackson, Phung Huynh, Eliseo Art Silva, and Chie Yamayoshi are now featured on DASH buses, at LAX, at the Los Angeles Public Library, and on bus shelters across the city sending the message that “Los Angeles is for Everyone!”
